Pellican and Hart was founded in Bath in 1844 to serve the region’s families and estates. For nearly two centuries, discretion, rigour, and deep personal relationships have defined our private client practice.
In 2024, we combined forces with Farraday Legal, a London technology practice built on speed, commercial clarity, and genuine understanding of how growth-stage businesses operate. The merger was not a compromise. It was a conviction: that the best counsel draws from both tradition and innovation.
